BEHIND THE LENS

I have been interested in photography for many years, in the beginning taking photos for myself whilst travelling, then

later whilst working on yachts I became interested in marine photography.

 

After returning to England I decided to gain a professional qualification. I completed a HND in Photography and Digital Imaging, in June 2006, with Distinction. I have over ten years experience photographing weddings, working independently and on a freelance basis for several companies in the South West of England.

 

After the arrival of my twins, I have been concentrating on portrait photography, working in the studio and out on location in the beautiful landscapes in the South West of England and now in the stunning countryside of Southwest Scotland.

 

I am based in Dumfries and Galloway, which is ideally situated for work in Kirkcudbright, Gatehouse of Fleet, Castle Douglas and the surrounding area.
